IMPORTANT SCHEDULING INFORMATION

We schedule in 2 hour timeframes. If you select 9AM you are selecting a 9-11AM timeframe which means we will arrive sometime within those two hours. This gives us more flexibility throughout the day and gives us more time to be as thorough as possible. To help narrow down the exact time we call every customer when we are on the way or approximately 30 mins before we arrive.
